How can I add/update the Request Approval Settings of my company?


1. Go to Settings > Human Resource Settings

2. Select Request Approval tab.

3. On each type of request, select the employee positions that are allowed to approve requests.

4. The order of the Approver is important since the last approver has the final decision. If all approvers are filled-in, the Approval 3 has the final decision. If the Approval 3 is empty then the Approver 2 has the final decision. If the Approval 2 and 3 are empty then the final decision is the Approver 1.

5. Click Save.

Note: On the request forms, these 3 approvers will show including the selected Supervisor who will Pre-approve the request.
